6-month upgrade
Same body, upgraded. These two photos are 6 months apart. Below are the nutrition plan, the workouts, and the milestones.

My own photos. No filters, no edits. My results, not a promise of yours.
I've never looked like this. Not even at 20.
At 20 I was skinny. But I was skinny fat. No muscle. Soft in the middle. I just didn't know it had a name.
Then the years stacked up, and so did the belly.
Now I'm 50, and I look better than I ever have. Not because of genetics. Because of a plan.
The lesson: the gym builds the muscle. Your food burns the belly.
Three steps. No apps you hate, no foods you can't stand.
That's your daily calories. 200 lbs = 2,000 calories a day.
Protein first. Carbs to train. Fat to stay human.
A plan you enjoy is a plan you'll stick to.
Simple food, on repeat. Swap in what you like. The numbers are what matter.
Copy this, fill in the blanks, and paste it into ChatGPT or Claude.
You need at least 4 days of weight training a week. That's the minimum. The split is push / pull / legs.
Legs twice. They're the biggest muscles you've got.
Five weekdays of weights, weekends for cardio. I didn't start here. I built up to it.
This is the part nobody sells you, because it's free.
Not likely. Not possible. Inevitable. Do the work and you'll be fit like you've never been before.
I did it at 50. You can too. And it is only the beginning for me.
